ARJO is a world-renowned healthcare product and service provider in over 100+ countries. In the year 2014, ARJO Huntleigh India wanted to digitize their equipment rental delivery and service operations in India and CSI was hired for the assignment.
CSI engaged in an exhaustive requirement analysis exercise with ARJO team and delivered an end-to-end operational management platform catering to the needs of their 1) Call Centre executives 2) Material In-charge and Branch Heads 3) Technician doing the actual delivery and maintenance services, and 4) Backoffice team for billing. The solution consisted of multiple applications on various technology platforms for distinct stakeholders. For e.g. a Progressive Web App was delivered for use by hospitals so that it can be accessed on any device.
