EzyTracking is a comprehensive solution for Web based Vehicle tracking system to cater to the requirements of fleet tracking and in-transit visibility. The software along with vehicle tracking units (VTU) will track the fleet activity.

Our EzyTracking system is a seamless integration of GPS tracking devices and our web-based software. We equip the vehicle with GPS tracking device. The device sends the location of the vehicle at specific intervals via GSM/GPRS to the central control where our software interprets the signal and posts it on the Google map as symbol. This enables the dispatcher to track the location of its vehicle and the rest of the fleet in real time, System can even tracks the check points defined and also track the region vehicle is either getting in or coming out ie (geo fencing).

The complete solution flow is as follows:

• Every vehicle on the field would be equipped with Vehicle tracking unit.
• These units acquire GPS signals from GPS satellites and calculates its position on the earth.
• The in-transit positional data will be recorded and periodically sent to the server using GPRS connection made by an integrated GSM-GPRS modem using SIM card.
• In case GPRS connectivity is not available temporarily, the device will record the position in its memory and send it later when connectivity is established. Also in case the GPRS connectivity is not available for longer duration, it can send the positional data by SMS to the server. In this way the position data of the vehicle will be continuously recorded without any loss of data.
• This position data will be recorded along with the time stamp, so would help to monitor cycle time for the entire movement of the vehicles.
• The web based tracking software can be accessed over normal web browser and it provides Live Tracking of vehicle on maps with satellite imagery. No downloads, no reports, no reading among pages – just by moving the mouse across the map in the web-interface ,we will be shown which of the vehicle is positioned in which region This enables you to have complete live track of your vehicle on map with satellite imagery.
• As an additional option, various sensors like temperature or flow sensor can be integrated with the VTU unit to get this additional information also with the positional data.
• Areas and check points can be designated where by in time of vehicle and out time can be easily tracked.
• Vehicle residing or crossing the restricted area can be alerted via SMS and or Email.
